At Shop Star Trek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mission; if your gear isn't the right fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our central starbase.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
