How long does shipping take within the United Federation of Planets?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. While we haven't mastered transwarp beaming yet, we provide real-time tracking for all orders once they leave our spaceport.
What is your return policy for uniforms and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel and unused collectibles. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and holographic certificates of authenticity.
Do you ship to international locations on Earth?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website to see the current coordinates of your package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept Gold-Pressed Latinum or Federation Credits.
